Down 0.5 tonight. Happy with that as it's star week. I also got a phone call from my Dr tonight. My thyroid levels have risen dramatically so i have to increase my meds for my underactive thyroid. This explains the huge weight gain recently and how slowly it is coming off.

Well Done on your loss, remember that slow n steady wins the race Im sorry to hear about * week and your thyroid playing up, health plays such an important part in our ability to lose weight and I can totally sympathise with you. Hope that the increase in Meds will sort it out for you. X

No work for me today. I was up all night vomiting. I hope this is only a 24hr bug!
