So its my brand new start and I'm gonna give it my all... only difference this time is.... Ill be doing Working solution basically 3 packs and a meal in the evening :D

Its been absolutely Fabulous having a break from exante in all honesty as i have been maintaining very well :D no diet plan as such just good choices and cutting out cr@p :D

Soooo MONDAY 26th March (Tomm) I'm back.... I no longer own a pair of scales so no scale mad ness... Just gonna follow ws and weigh weekly at the drs. WOOOOO HOOOO... :D

Morning morning it's Monday the 26th march and I'm absolutely looking forward to a new start new me, just had my 1st pack with a cup of coffee. Gonna take it hour by hour this week and stay focused.
