I am devastated after putting on 12lb over the last 6 weeks!!!!! Serves me right tho!! Need to get motivated now as getting married in 5 1/2 months!!! Hoping to lose 2-3st by then- hoping this is achievable!

Im on day 4 now, doesnt seem to be getting any easier ahhh! Just hoping I've lost a decent amount come next Tuesday! Im still gonna be up from my last WW weigh in but hopefully will see a difference from my home weigh in.

I'm on day 5 now, sticking to it and not finding it too hard at the moment, but don't feel as though I have lost any yet : (
Tried a Zumba class for the first time yesterday and really enjoyed it.
 
Day 6 now. Feeling ALOT better, feel like I've got back into the swing of it now.

Had a look on the scales and Im down 6lbs from last Monday, still LOADS left to go til Im back down to where I was boooooooo=[
 
Lost 6.5lbs last week.

Switched to online as I just dont get time to sit through the meetings. Alots changed since I joined up! Im doing all my studying at home through OU and Learn Direct, plus trying to establish the antenatal classes.

I bought myself a big diary thats quickly filling up eeeekkk!!

Well done on the loss, that's really good!!!
I managed 3lb, was hoping for a bit more but I'm happy with that. I've switched to online too, finding the phone app really useful, and finding it a lot easier to stick with, as I've always got a calculator on hand, plus it's cheaper!

Hi all!

Weigh in tomorrow. Was so so so bad on Friday eeeekkk! I went over weeklies by 50, only had a few PPs Sat but been eating all since. Damn you dominos and your 5pp cookies!!!!!

I got some new scales which can be used on carpet and on laminate and it's weighing me 6.5lbs less on the carpet haha! But I'll go with the higher reading =[

ASDA are dropping the healthy weekly shop tomorrow, really fancy chicken casserole this week so might have that as my 'treat' tomorrow night, minus sky high dumplings.

I definitely feel more in control. I had dominos last night, and I actually pointed it. Every single thing. Im now 5pp over my weeklies though haha!!


I really do need to start picking up on regular exercise. I got a Kinect over Xmas and had Your Shape delivered last week and it's still in the pack. Im going to try it out tonight and see what they suggest I should be doing.

I have a training course in Mid April so would like to loose a decent amount for then!
 
Fell off the wagon well and truly last night!!! Im over by 100pp.

No chance I can pull that back fro Tuesday so Im gonna drink water like it's going out of fashion!
 
Scales are showing STS this morning. Hope I can loose a pound for Tuesday! Really wanted to loose a stone this month, got 9 days to shed 4lbs. Defo doable!
 
Fingers crossed 4 u, u never can tell what the scales will do. I stayed the STS this week : ( I stuck to my points but didn't eat much veg fruit and water this week so that mite be why. It's So frustrating though!

Well done! Bet that was a nice shock! I've changed my WI day to Friday now, so of I use all me weeklies in one go over the weekend, I'm much more focused in the week so I can cut back. Have lost 2lb since Monday now so happy with that. Are u still going to class?
