Well I have discovered "Ebly", mother-in-law brought me some from England and its fab, probably way behind the times but hey. 60g (uncooked) boil with a stock cube some chicken/quorn pieces and vegies and you've got yourself a risotto type dish for around 3.5g fat and 250 cals...yum.
Sounds nice, and filling too, I'm always on the lookout for new ideas.
Discovered ryvitas minis last night, so had a packet for my saturday night treat while watching x factor....used to be a couple of packets of full fat crisps, or peanuts
Its my only treat of the week, and they were quite tasty..chilli flavour!
I'd never heard of Ebly until your post but have googled it and it looks a bit like sugar puffs. Unfortunately I can't get any here but sounds nice anyway.
Apparently you can get it at Lidl and I know Tesco have it, I too can't get it here but my MIL bought it up from England, I don't know where abouts in Scotland you are but I know Skye is a nightmare for getting anything slightly out of the ordinary.
xx
Hi Shopping isn't too bad here as I'm near Edinburgh. Think I might go and have a look in Lidl tomorrow it sounds really nice. Tesco didn't have it here.
