Thanks Hun, i know the weight loss is going to slow down so i may get used to it, once it still going in the right direction!! Also feeling really really bloated at the moment so may get some water tablets for a few days!! Did some power walking last night after the concert trying to get to the coach in time lol, omg i was sweating definitely couldnt of walked like that a few weeks ago!!

Take That were absolutely amazing as usual, they certainly know how to put on a show, and boy can hey move!! Pet shop boys supported them and they were pretty good too!! Bon Jovi are here next week, really wish i was going there too!!
 
well done Rach, i slowed down dramatically since i lost alot, but aslong as it goes down or stays the same, its never going up!!!

glad to hear about the concert!! my sister is OBBSESSED with take that she cant get enough of them!!!! and shes around the same age as you!! typical.. lmao!

aaah crap crap crap!! Such a bad day, what am i doing to myself, its like i get so far and then i go into self distruct mode and sabotage it all :( :( I hate this sometimes, why cant i be naturally slim :( so annoyed right now!! Weather is bad here also which isnt helping, and my son is having trouble in school which isnt helping. He refused to go in today, was in tears, he has been quite emotional lately even cried when i was going to the concert on saturday, he didnt want me to go at all! So went to talk to his teacher so hopefully he will be happy and go in tomorrow!! Stressed isnt the word!! And worried!!
 
Bless him. I hate it when they are unhappy , but from experience it doesn't normally last long . Keep smiling,
 
Is he sleeping? If he is getting a good nights sleep then it's easier to cope with but if he's having trouble sleeping then everything seems bad. Try lavender oil on his pillow it will relax him (and you) if nothing else And I'll put him on my prayer list as well , that works too. X
 
Aw Rach,we all go through a patch when we turn on the self destruct button, I did twice, throughout the whole of christmas, twice i've fell off the wagon...i think pretty much evey dieter goes through this, but you have the will and strength to pull yourself out of it hun... what you've acheived shows that...now, c'mon, before I get the whip out
lol!

Well my son seems happier today, said he had a good day thank god!! They are such a worry at times!!

SO far today has been good food wise, its night time when i always struggle, so going to try filling up at meal times instead of snacking later on, i norally save a few calories for evening but it seems once i start i cant stop.

The evenings get me too...especially around 9-10pm..i usually have a yoghurt, or a small box of raisins,or a cup of tea with a canderal tablet, seems to help me... if not, I go to bed to sleep, can't scoff in my sleep lol!
 
Lol bunnyhops, i would probably find away to do it in my sleep :D

Today has been good, even got a small bit of exercise in, not too much as still on the antibiotics for my chest. But something is definitely better than nothing.

Really need something new yet again to exercise to as its gettng boring, i easily get bored lol. So if anyone has any ideas??
 
Step on the Wii fit plus... I used to save my fave show while doing it for half an hour.. so maybe start off with 10 mins x 3 times a day... shouldn't be too bad on your hip/knee?
 
what sort of things have you been doing hun?
