Hi hun, funny how we're the same lol!

I'm weighing in tomorrow, I'm expecting an sts or a gain, I don't think I'm going to loose at all...and I know I will be dissapointed etc but I'm ok about that if it happens...Monday everything changes!

Good luck for tomorrow hun!

Weigh in today, lost a great 3lbs. made up with that especially after my mid week blow out. Hope everyone else is having a good weekend, i am making spaghetti bolognese for a treat today, not had it in sooo long and i love it!! Will only be a small amount, tryin to keep my portion sizes small!!

aww hun, I'm so pleased for you! I love the 3lb losses! I'd be well happy with that!

Hope you enjoy your spag bol hun! xx

You need to be 255.5 to get bang on 40 hun... you've come so far hun.

I can't help but think, If I hadn't have feel off the wagon for those few months and hadn't gone totally slack I would be weighing in less than you right you... so dissapointing..but still, that's forgotten now.

What's your ultimate goal hun?

Thanks Aaliyah, hope your having a good weekend hun.

I know lol, oh well not far to go and i will be able to say i am there,

We all fall off the wagon hun, i could of been further on than i am too if i hadnt messed up last month, but the important thing is your back on it now and you will do it.

My doctor said i would be ok at 14 stone, but he said if i feel i can lose more then to go for it. He is great as there is no huge pressure from him which i like

Sometimes I forget just how much I've had to deal with in the last 2 years, and how stressful things get, I'm surprised I've not had a total melt down lol!

Sounds like you have a great doctor, and very supportive, unlike mine, who just seems so negitive about everything and she's a bit of a porker herself!

oh my doctor isnt negative at all, alot of people dont like him as he tells you if your over weight but isnt that what doctors do! But i always find him nice about it, doesnt make any horrible remarks like some, just tells me how it will benefit my health. i think i have shocked him with my weight loss as he originally did say that they dont work, he had given them to others and they hadnt lost weight. He is always asking me how i am doing it lol!!

You have had a lot to deal with hun, with your son and his op and that, its not easy. Times like that make us turn to comfort which if your anything like me means food and lots of it lol!!

I am sorry your doctor isnt the helpful, she should be thats what she is there for!!

My doc is great. But he's always trying to get people healthy. He's bought 12 electric bikes so that we can borrow them for around 2 weeks at a time to try and get us fitter. He's very supportive

My doc is a right old cow, she's quit grumpy and always stating the facts, never really offers any advice, I hate seeing her, she was the one who put me on the Xenical. I then started seeing another doctor, she was lovely but then she went and got pregant and went on maternity leave tut tut ;-)

So I'm back with misery pants again lol!

I used to have a manual treadmill it was bloody awful, I've just got the cross trainer and bike now, I would love a rowing machine!

Thats not good hun, doctors are there to help, and my doctor has been great with advice, even for my hubby who has just found out his cholesterol is a bit high. The doctor told him not to bother with any of the calorie counting crap lol, just to get out walking and hopefully then joggin and running. He has a fallen arch on his foot at moment so that could be a bit hard till he gets that sorted. My husband fetched the exercise bike down no so i have no excuse but to get on it when i am catching up on me soaps at night lol, up till now it was used for my clothes  :D

lol!...my cross trainer makes a good close horse ;-)

I'm so used to watch my soaps sat on the sofa with a big mug of tea :)

A few years ago i pestered my hubby for an exercise bike, i got my own way and when got on it thinking i could watch the soaps and do a few miles, the bl**dy thing was so loud when you got a good speed up that i couldn't hear the tv, hasten to add it spent years in the corner of the room lol :)

They are proper cycles not exercise bikes. Just pushbikes with motors. They are great but they cost around £1800 each! So I won't be getting one. I can't ride a proper bike cos of my knee but this is better as it takes the strain and can cycle for longer

Yes, I had an injury in my shop van 10 years ago , my knee cap slipped off the ridges and damaged it. It destroyed all the cartilage and set off osteoarthritis which is very severe but because I'm only 43 they refuse to replace it even though they admitted it needed doing in 2005 when they did an arthroscopy . I have a knee brace now called an Unloader which is great as it helps with the pain but doesn't help with the fact that now the arthritis spread to other knee and right hip.
