It's a shame we don't have a crystal ball and can see into the future. You know that in the big scheme of things your weight loss is fantastic but it drives you bonkers when you STS for a couple of weeks. It will soon start to move again. Keep up the great work.x

This really sucks because you've both worked so hard and nobody deserves big losses as much as you two.

Well girls covering a full 5k now when I'm running, on the last day of week 4 (c25k) which I'll hopefully do tomorrow plus a swim depending on the light! Haha... Can't wait til summer now so I've got more hours in a day! Xx
