Hi Debby

I've just finished looking at your diaries, and they seem excellent to me :)

Every green and red day has your two HEb's and one or two HEa's as you need to, you use what I would say is an excellent amount of syns each day, plenty of free food, and you are eating loads. Perfect :)

As for your Extra Easy days, I have never done one and don't know enough about them to be able to comment, sorry.

Needless to say, if you have put as much effort into your EE days as you have your red and green days then they will of course be perfect too!

As for them being higgledy piggledy, it doesn't matter one iota :)

If you continue to plan your days so well, and run your little puppy around a bit too lol, I don't see how you won't lose a lot more than 1/2lb this week :)

Hi Debs

Your Saturday menu looked great, and as you know I am no expert when it comes to EE having never tried it myself, but it seems ok too.

Wanna check though shouldn't 1/3 your plate be superfree food on EE? Just thinking that when you had lunch your 2 eggs are the only superfree food? I really could be wrong and apologise if I am, but better safe than sorry.
Also, I thought scan bran was only 1/2 syn each? Again, could easily be wrong as I don't eat them haha.
I would say, and this is just my opinion, you probably haven't eaten ENOUGH on Sunday! You would need to check with others though, and ideally a SW concultant.

And lastly, it may pay you in the long run to use more syns on a daily basis than just 5. 5 is the minimum I know, and when people are struggling to lose much they drop the syns, but this is only your second week so no need to do that. Maybe add a bag of skips (4.5) or perhaps a HiFi bar (6) or something to tot it up a little.

Again, I am sure others will correct me if any of this is wrong or simply bad advice, I just wanna help you get a better weigh in this week. What works for me, may not work for you, and vice versa :)

Keep up the good work, when is your weigh in day?

Hi Dave
Thank you so much for looking at my diary, I really appreciate any comments you may have about it...
And you are absolutely correct, I completely forgot about the 1/3 superfree food rule... completely went out of my head. Cr@p. ! ! ! !
When you say you dont think I ate enough today, what else do you think I could have had.? As I've told you before I have NO imagination for putting menus together, its simply 3 meals a day for me, and as plain and simple as it comes... Im going to try your balti recipe maybe tomorrow or Tuesday night, I cant wait... how adventurous for me. ! ! !
My weigh in night is tomorrow night (Mon), and Im so nervous I cant tell you.... does anyone else feel like this before their weigh in day..... hope I dont always feel this way about it...

Thanks Donnie, I have fingers and toes and everything crossed... Im hoping that my numptiness yesterday with the EE day wont have done any damage, but Im thinking it may be too soon to show up any damage I did..... MUST re-read my books again....

Hun, you should be fine, its not going to effect your loss that much. Just remember that if you dont have the 1/3 super foods when you have your main meal, have plenty of fruit that are speed foods as snacks things like strawberries and melon and grapefruit help.
