I have been doing it this week and I have been going off the allowed foods lists..
B: broccoli omelette with bgty bacon medallions, tomatoes,
Snack: nuts, yogurts
L: salad with ham or prawns
D: lamb with boiled veg mixed with toasted pine nut and flaked almonds
Snack: sugar free jelly
Finding it easy to give up potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, it's the Cadbury hot choc powder that's hard.. Ended up putting it in the bin.. I don't drink tea or coffee.. But have now got some choc protein powder which tastes nice wizzed in the blender..
Week 2 for me next week...
