Fantastic story - thanks for sharing. Not self indulgent at all - just what we all need to read to keep us going especially at this time of year. Well done! You've inspired me to keep up with the little bit of exercise I've managed to start doing!

10. "Re-feed" sensibly and use a healthy eating plan such as SW to maintain my loss and continue to lose at a slower pace.
Health goals:
1. Reduce/eliminate blood pressure medication/beta blockers.
2. Reduce attacks of atrial fibrillation by stabilising blood pressure.
3. Have energy and stamina.
4. Eliminate aches and pains.
5. Possibly increase chances of one day getting pregnant.
