Breakfast:

1 double chocolate pancake

Morning snack:

Light smooth toffee muller yogurt (omg yum love it!!)

Lunch:

Pasta with coleslaw and bit of salad cream

Afternoon snack:

1 cheese and onion roll

Dinner:

Chicken pasta bake

Evening snack:

Sunbites crisps sour cream and black pepper!
Skittles

Exercise:

30 minutes walking

Thank you. Yesterday was my first bit of chocolate in a week I think or something like that lol not like me at all. I got offered a kitkat chunky but I said no I can't lol then same customer offered it again later and I took it for my partner as he hasn't had chocolate in a while.

Feels absolutely great being in control. I'm so motivated to eating right. I haven't brought cheese in 2 weeks but have had it with ready meals and cheese and onion roll :)

How're u getting on? x

I have to have 3 meals and 3 snacks (unless im not hungry for snacks) it works great for me. My calorie goal is set to 1560 to lose 1lb a week. I did have it set as losing 2lbs a week but that was only 1200 calories and that's too little for me. Also I walk to work now and that adds on so if i need to i eat my calories burnt back xx
 
I like my snacks. But tend to save them for night time as that's my hardest time. Xx

Yeah I sometimes get hungry at night that's why I now eat a bit later and it's helped. I don't overeat on the snacks like before x

Chicken breast fillets with pasta and Philadelphia garlic and herb sauce!! Yum!

Today's food. I rarely eat out or if I do its a small takeaway but today I spent mid morning/afternoon with my mum and sister as hadn't seen them in ages so we went to pizza express.

Breakfast

Bagel with low fat soft cheese

Lunch at Pizza express, checked calories online

Mozzarella and tomato salad (was not what I expected it to be so didn't like it but ate it)
Leggera Padana pizza, only 415 calories, so so yummy. Didn't feel like it was a pizza at all!
3 teaspoons of chocolate fudge cake

Dinner

1 chicken and mushroom slice with coleslaw

Went over about 345 calories so not as bad as I expected lol

Exercise

15 minutes walking

Half a bowl of rice krispies
100ml semi skimmed milk

Afternoon snack

Go ahead strawberry fruit bake

Lunch

Sweet and sour chicken with rice

Afternoon snack

Chicken and mushroom slice

Weighed in this morning and lost 2lbs! wooohooo :) I'm in the 12's :)

I woke up this morning and it didn't feel like weigh in day because I haven't had a day since last weigh in were I've felt like I've ate loads of crap because I haven't :) I haven't eaten loads of chocolate, I've hardly had any :)

Todays food:

Breakfast:

30g rice krispies
150ml semi skimmed milk

Lunch:

1 egg mayo sandwich

Dinner:

Tikka masala curry
3 tesco indian selections
2 popadoms
Mango chutney

179 calories left

Total exercise last week: 2.8 hours
Calories burnt last week: 1009

Thank you both ladies :) Really appreciate the support!

This week I'm going to really push myself with the walking back home from work. I always walk to work now but still struggling with walking back!
