Back Ladies :)

Sorry had a few days off as had childrens christening and forgot my shakes etc. Restart tomorrow but attempting to go from step 2 to SS. Have lost 11 in 2 weeks so far.

Evening Ladies,

I did find week 2 a lot bloody harder than week 1. Not sure why but, I do think coz I was geared up for week 1 being the hardest (reading posts and reviews) So I didn't think of the next week.?? Dunno maybe its just me.n

not jut you I really just lost motivation for a while. i had to really push myself through week 2

Im on week 4 feel good, having a work get together tonight, that will be tough but I'll be fine - Im gonna make sure I am not spoiling all my hard work so far for some cold quiche and crisps !! lol
 
Back from holidays in Port Douglas. I lost 1.8 kilos in 2 weeks and am at my original goal of 70.9. Ate Step 2 some days Step 3 others. I have know revised my goal to 68.5. I'm going to do 2 more weeks at Cambridge Weight Plan Step 2 then to to Step 3.

Another .9 kilo off this week. Now on Step 3 (two products and meals) 1000 Calories Total.

I've revised my goal again NOW 66.9
 
Been doing Step 2 and Step 3 days. Lost another .6 this week. Now 65.6 kilos down from 90.9 (29th March 2014).

Need make sure I eat 1000 every day this week to see if I maintain or continue to lose. If I continue to lose I will go to Step 4 to try and maintain (not lose).
