THE WISE ONE
ALL DAY BREAKFAST SALAD (SYN free)
Ingredients
1 Pack of Joes Sausages or Linda McCartney Red Onion Sausages (Syn Free) ( or syn some low fat sausages)
Frylight
1 Pack of Healthy Eating Bacon ( all visible fat removed) ( SYN free)
1 Punnet Cherry Tomatoes ( or cherry plum tomatoes, sliced in half)
4-6 Hard Boiled Eggs,
1/2 packet of baby spinach
Loads of new potatoes , cut into small bite size pieces
Grill Sausages and allow to cool. Then slice
Spray Frylight into a frying pan, heat and cook bacon. Allow to cool. then cut into strips.
(to make perfect hard boiled eggs:- Boil kettle & pour water into saucepan and place on hob. Make sure water is boiling, then carefully lower each egg into the water using a slotted spoon. Bring back to the boil and time 8 minutes. Take off heat and turn cold tap on so it cools down eggs. Peel and cut into quarters.
Boil the new potatoes until soft
In a large bowl place spinach, sliced tomatoes and the remaining ingredients.
Toss salad & use your favourite dressing
