Hi Kwise,

How long do you think the cheat ferrero's will last ?? I tried one recently and they were nice but I don't want to make them unless I can eat them (reasonably (ie not all in one sitting) and within syns !).

Mine are dated early April.
They are still crispy.
My guess is that they last quite sometime as (a) Nutella has an extremely long best before date and (b) I think Ryvita does too. They are in the fridge (in a tin tray thing) so that should also help.

Hi Kwise, your sweet potato curry looks lovely! Will check out your recipe on that one. Also, I finally bought the Crunchy Bran on your recommendation and thought it was really nice! You do get a decent amount of it for the 42g don't you. Good tip hun - thanks x

Love all you're stuff and you have given me so many ideas, the pictures are great too!

I must ask though!! Where did you get and what is your peanut butter essence? Sounds like somehting I could make use of :D
