I have about 7 1/2 stone to lose (possibly a little more) and after doing SW (I have lost weight on this before but can't get my poor little brain around it anymore) I am now trying weight watchers. Bit of a false start last week but today is first day proper - been through cupboards and freezer and I have lots and lots of veg
Anyway enough waffle

Well door handle fell of the oven so couldn't do what I had planned and day went to pot. Oven won't be fixed until at least monday (I hope) so will have to make the best of it until then.
