Yer i feel a bit better. Have been a pig today tho, completely off plan. Will be back on track 100% tomorrow tho. Wouldn't be a life if I couldn't have a teeny weeny slip up every now and again lol.

Urgh I feel rough as toast this morning. I went a bit overboard with the wine last night lol. I don't even know how much i drank. Ate a few nibbly buts as well. Didn't go overboard but don't know what I ate points wise. So just gonna say I've used the rest of my weeklies. X

Uck your allowed to have a wee blow out now and again! Xxx
 
Hey sorry everyone. Been totally off plan since Saturday. Only put half a pound back on tho, which I'm pretty surprised about to be honest. Back at work today tho so on it 100% :) x

I need a bit of a kick up the arse atm. I've been all over the place. I'm totally out of my normal routine too. I hurt my back in work the other day and have been off so my eating habits seem to have gone a bit out of control. I haven't been ttracking at all and have been eating rubbish. So naturally I've been feeling a bit rubbish too. I'm dreading the scales on Wednesday cause I tthink I may have put a bit on. I'm determined to get back on track this week but I'm having a Halloween party at the weekend and I'm a bit worried it's going to throw me off track again :-(

I forgot to mention, I had my WI this morning and I put 1lb on. In the grand scheme of things - putting 1 1/2 lb on in 2 weeks isn't awful, but I'm still a bit disappointed that I let myself go off track. Been within my points today tho, here's today's food:

Breakfast:
2 brown bread (4pp), 3tsp flora (2pp), 2tsp vegemite (0pp), 142ml semi-skimmed milk for day (2pp)
Total: 8pp

Lunch:
Lettuce, Cucumber (0pp), 3 turkey goujons (8pp), croutons (2pp), 40g WW cheese (2pp), low fat caesar dressing (1pp)
Total: 13pp

Dinner:
Morrisons nume cumberland pie (8pp) morrisons savers yogurt (3pp)
Total: 11pp

32/33 dailies used
49/49 weeklies left

Had 1 point less today, but I'm stuffed from dinner so won't bother to eat that one.


Also, because I'm hosing a halloween party on Saturday - does anyone have any suggestions for WW-friendly finger food that I can make? Obviously I know I can do sandwiches, but after that I'm a bit stuck. After going to a party the other week, I went a bit mad on the food and it completely threw me off track so just wanna make sure I'm prepared this time.

Crudités: cucumber, celery, carrot batons, pitta breads with low fat dips

Fresh fruit salad

Salad

Chicken: thighs, legs, wings, breast in seasoning cut into chunks

Pasta with tuna and sweet corn in low fat mayo

Quick update on the lunch. Ive eaten it but didnt like it at all :( wont be buying that again lol oh well, i have carrot and corriander lined up for tomorrow x

Lol its not your fault. Im gonna get some mulligatawny soup this week cause i absolutely love that and thats only 6pp for the can too. Just makes a bit of a change from sandwiches x
