food diary for today:
breakfast: chox ready break 5pp
lunch: egg mayo 8pp
diner: pasta bake n garlic bread 15pp
snacks: banana 0pp, shape delight 3pp, cadbury highlights 1pp.
dailies used: 32/32 weeklies used: 3/49
I've gone down a point now
im glad as it shows progress X

i normally find it extremely hard this time of year, but because I've been pregnant and unable to follow ww, i kind of missed it.....prob sound like a saddo ha ha!! X

Was going to say the same about returring the dress and buying it again.
I was the same during pregnancy couldnt wait to have the baby so i could get back to dieting again very sad

yeh i understand what u mean!
sometimes i go thru a stage where i eat that much crap n drink n feel bloated etc that when i start ww again itd quite nice to see a peice of fruit again n eat healthy!

its my birthday tomorrow, but important still planning to stay on track,.important going bingo in the evening but important going to stick to the diet coke. important going out for a meal.on Wednesday so i plan to use my weeklies then x
