How about getting some of those thin cotton gloves, then wear them while your hands are covered in hand cream, while you're watching tv, or whenever you'd normally bite them?

Then you'd have lovely soft hands to go with your nicely grown nails!

This is a fantastic idea, you would have to consciously remove the gloves to nibble which hopefully you can resist doing and the hand cream will be getting your hands in tip top condition just perfect for your new nails and a bright sparkly new ring!

I got acrylics for 3 months till I was out of the habit then had them taken off and put nail strengthening varnish on regularly and now my nails are as strong as anything, can't remember the last time one broke. Acrylics do make your nails weak but it's easily rectified and the outcome is worth the effort.x
