3) Get to 25lbs left to loose 4) Regain 50lbs lost in total 5)Get to 12st7lbs 6) Get 1 stone award at group (12st4lbs) 7) Get to 12st2lb (Finally 4 stone overall!)
8) Get to under 11 stone 9) Get to 11st9lb (Club10 at group) 10) Get to 11st7lb 11) Get to 11st TARGET! 12) Re-evaluate and potentially re-set target to 10st 5lbs (apparently my minimum ideal weight)
