Never had nandos, however this could be the place to go on my anniversary. Not very romantic, but I'm going to be low carbing that day and want to be able to take my better half somewhere for lunch. She can probably make something low carb for dinner.

i dont think one day will hurt as long as you know you can get back on plan straight away, youve done amazingly well so far and i always treat myself lol, and it may not be the most romantic but at least your able to go out and relax and not worry about hidden stuff, like in mexican restaurants its all carbs! lol
