hey there, im just on holiday at the moment in Egypt so not really ignoring you or indeed sticking to SW at all haha. hope its not too bad on the scales when we get back.

Bren, yep going to classes and even taknig my other half along as well so hopefully when we get back we should be able to get stuck into it propa.

back now . we got back on wednesday which is our weigh in day so went along just to see. i had put on 1lb which i didnt think was bad going really but my partner nathan had lost 4 and half pounds ! git bag haha

i also have a goal now to slim as we are getting married next year, he asked me while we were away, bless him.

so far we have not been shopping at all so actually have no food in the house and have had to do the rounds telling family about the engagement so prob' stuck to it less in the past week since being back than on holiday haha

thanks girls.

he asked me on the beach under a full moon on the anniversary day of our first ever date at the exact time we met, so in effect the first time we ever saw each other, down on one knee.

he also asked my parents permission before we went on holiday.

bet start getting my act together and loosing some pounds now

stayed the same this week , but we have actually been shopping now for the first time in 3 weeks (and managed to spend £170!!!! not sure how) so im having a very tasty melon and fruit salad for dinner at work today

How are we all doing? OMG that is a massive shopping bill! I spend about 60 pounds a week on food in OZ. We eat fresh fish about 3 times a week.

ha ha you sound more excited than me Bren. we had talked about getting married and i did know really but only cos he gave it away with the way he was actin, bless. yes i have a ring i shall try my very best to put a pic in my album but im not good at it.

i lost 1 and half this week but thats just what i put on last week

been for big long walk tonight 2 hours along the beach, you forget how lovely the beach is i think

Well done on the loss MB, doesn't matter if it was the gain from the previous week at least it's gone! I am back on CD today but only doing a modified program for today and back into it tomorrow full on. Aiming for about 1200 cals in total, so fingers crossed.

As for the photo, if you have a digital camera, use the macro option. It's a flower symbol and you will need to do this very very close to the ring. I'm am more excited than you! And I'm married???

hey Judi, i have heard of Sally Anns class we are Norma's Weds night class so weigh in tonight for me

there is a stall on the market right outside my window at work selling the most scrummy looking cakes, cookies muffins etc. everyone from work is talkin about it, we have £5 in our kitty and they are all going to get one and i said "no thank you". my friend is sat at the side of me now scraning a nice looking muffin....and i said NO! lol
