Need somebody & general chit chat

As far as bread, crispbread, cereal etc I think its the same.. friend has borrowed my book so cant check.. I normally do red days so only really know what I have and I stick to roughly the same HEs .
 
health extras on red=
A- milk, cheese,
B-beans peas lentils pasta soup spuds cereals bread canned fruit

healthy extras confuse me so i stick to my soya milk, cereal and bread (i try to cut out bread as i find the more i have the more i put on)
 
ohh so i cud stil have say

boiled egg n toast (brown) for breakkie
n spaghetti bologanis for dinner

just not sure for lunch maybe just a chicken salad or something??

does it help with the losses if i was to throw in a red day maybe once a week
 
if you had your bolaganis you would have to count your pasta as healthy b and you can have
100g wholemeal pasta boiled weight (35g dried weight)

everyone is diffrent, some people think reds help them more than greens, you will have to experiment. i just find green cheaper.

Defa, yea he just needed his booster, he had a bad experience at the vets last year (they were mean to him) and now he hates going so we registered him somewere else yesterday and this was his first time going there. they were very nice to him, he still wouldnt let them examine him and we had to hold him down on the floor to gve him the injection but all in all 200% better than the old place. so hopefully wont have to go back to the vets till next year for his next booster
 
i know he is a little cutie (at times). Lab Wippet cross, 4 years old and came from Whitby resuce centre called 'BunnyLand' bless
 
Good evening from OZ!!

It's offically the weekend now as I dont work Friday this week, yeh!

However this means tough days ahead. I find the weekend the hardest.

Defa is 4 years old but thank you, i think he is cute too.

Weekends and nights are hardest for me too. but i know you can do it, your a strong girl with buckets of will power when you put your mind to it

What you up to? Nights aren't too bad for me as I get online! I eat when I go out socially or when I'm stressed and have a lot of things on my mind and errands to run.

im exercising tonight like normal with my mate.

got a wood store to build on friday night

and then out for the fancy dress thingy on Saturday night all busy busy

i get bored sat down , even when iv just done loads or have loads to do, i just am in the habit of eatin, tis not good.
