i lost 4 stone recently, but it has all crept back on plus more over the last 16 months. (i gave up smoking 6 months ago)

I'm on Slimming world, and im also taking Konjac Tablets to help fill me up

So my plan for the gym didn't work, nor did going to harvester... ended up with a chinese because i really couldn't be bothered to cook. wish i hadn't now cos i feel really sick
