Hi everyone, I'm new here. I'm 5.5 and weigh 13.7 stone at the moment. I've been on CD for a couple of weeks and have not been getting anywhere. I keep cheating and starting over but I've had enough of messing about. Im so determined but keeping failing??! Why?!!

Hopefully that will all change as I decided to join this forum and get all the support I can get because I'm not getting much support from my CDC unfortunately :(

I'm getting married mid October and I need to get down to 10 stone by end of August!! I'll be devastated if I don't reach goal for my wedding!
I do hope it's possible?! What do you guys think??

I work 8-5 so I'll try and update my diary before work, lunch time and of course after work. I'm starting tomorrow morning please wish me luck!! I need this weight off.

My weigh in is usually every Sunday morning around 10 BUT my CDC is away so my weigh in is next Sunday.

Welcome on here - definitely doable just get on track & you'll be fine. Get past the first 4-5 days and it gets much easier!

Come on here as much as possible and join team ideal for inspiration!!!

Right. So it's day 1 I checked my weight this morning and I'm 13.5. Don't know how I managed to lose 2lbs overnight as I have been really bad in the last couple of days!!! My scales are exactly the same as my CDC's which is good. I'm going to put them away now until my next weigh in.

So had my mint chic shake this morning which I love. Don't like anything else lol. All I buy is mint choc shakes and cranberry bars!! Yumm.
Anyway, going to aim for 4 litres of water which i can do as I have always been a big drinker.

On my way to work I shall update later.

I managed to drink two litres of water by 12 today and I came home to have my mint choc shake. I made it with ice cause ive been reading that it's scrummy that way and it WAS!! I wanted some more but I will resist and wait until I get home and have my bar lol.

So far so good, feeling really positive!
 
Had my cranberry bar after work at 5.30 and a coffee with skimmed milk. I know it's not strictly SS but my CDC and I have agreed that I can have the milk allowance.
Drank 4 litres of water today and i'm feeling peckish at the moment but I think I'm going to head to bed now.

Day 1 completed and it wasn't too challenging but its still early days!!
 
Another week out the window. I had to go to a work dinner which I couldn't miss and that just really set me off!!! I couldn't stop picking at food for a couple of days :(

I have started properly today I have decided to do ss+ It's just easier for me as I have something to look forward to when I come home from work!!
So far I have had 3 litres of water, 1 more to go, 2
packs and a chicken salad. I will have my last shake at 7pm.

I really need to focus and start losing!!! I feel really depressed all the time. I need to stop turning to food and go to my OH instead... He's the other thing that makes me SO happy hahah

Hiya, I've seen u on the forum. Not sure if ur still updating this. If so, how's it going?
 
Hi! I stopped updating and even coming on minimins a few weeks back because life got in the way, really! I'm happy to come on here to support others though :) I wanted to delete this diary but don't know how to, quite frankly lol

I've been doing well, back to ss and exercising a few times a week. My losses have slowed down a bit but I'm hoping that next week I'll have a good one!
