Well done honey! I know you weren't keen but I bet you felt so much better for doing it I don't think I could do 2 mins let alone 25! How did you start off running? Like, did you do the c25k app or just got on with it? Xx
Have tried it a few times and it just wasnt for me, got really out of breath and felt crap that I couldnt manage even 2 mins - a couple of weeks ago I was forcing myself in to a walk after dinner and really could not be bothered so to get it over and done with I ran instead and was somehow able to just keep going! I thought it might have been a fluke but it seems not - I just stick my earphones in and off I go im enjoying the challange as its something ive never been able to do before. xx
