The ones I get from Aldi are only 62 calories each and are packed full with orange and chocolate
I find that that they are a lot of calories for what they are. Plus since they are mostly sugar, you might as well have some nice chocolate instead
Have you heard of Bob Harper? He's one of the trainers on The Biggest Loser in America. He's wrote a new book called The Skinny Rules.
I haven't got it, but flicked through it on holiday and read online about it. I'm no wah following it, but there are two that I'm trying which seem to be helping. One, have a glass of water before eating and going to bed hungry. That last one is hard, but I think that helps. Apparently your body starts burning fat because it needs energy.

I'm not following his rules apart from those two. I'm going to see if I can get the ebook of it and have a flick through.
I'm doing ok I think. Went a bit over board yesterday, but back on track today. Even resisted a bacon and cheese wrap from Greggs! X
