Ok so havent been food shopping or had time to properly read up on EE so today is Green and will strat on Extra Easy tmrw - im quite looking forward to it as it gives me something to think about.

Edit: hmmmm dinner wasn't really green as had bacon, made pot skins with Philly, cheese and bacon. Bacon frittata and beans

Now I'm calorie counting, I've cut my cereal bar eating down to one a day instead of two that I was allowed as a HEB.

The ones I get from Aldi are only 62 calories each and are packed full with orange and chocolate :)

I find that that they are a lot of calories for what they are. Plus since they are mostly sugar, you might as well have some nice chocolate instead :)

Have you heard of Bob Harper? He's one of the trainers on The Biggest Loser in America. He's wrote a new book called The Skinny Rules.

I haven't got it, but flicked through it on holiday and read online about it. I'm no wah following it, but there are two that I'm trying which seem to be helping. One, have a glass of water before eating and going to bed hungry. That last one is hard, but I think that helps. Apparently your body starts burning fat because it needs energy.
 
Healthy extra don't work by calories they work by the amount if fibre in them so u pass it out when u go to toilet. I asked by consultant why asda pitta was healthy extra which is 7 syns and I wasn't allowed weight watchers pitta that contains only 5 syns and her answer was the fibre in the whole meal will help u poo it out where as the weight watchers pitta wud just stay in u

That's what I like about cal counting you can vary what you eat :) yes have heard of that and was thinking of giving it a go, will wait and see how I get on with EE. How are you doing? X

(B) full punnet of cherries! Muller greek style (0.5) special k bar (4.5)
(L) salad, couscous and king prawns (spicy chicken couscous need to check syn)

we are having an office party at 3 and there are drinks and nibbles! Grrrrr

Update: completely over did it am so annoyed with myself don't know where to start with syns so I'm going to flexi syn which is really annoying as I'm only on day 1 really

Felt seriously full after. May just have a mugshot later and am going to aim for a jog in an hour or so

Have just been for a 45 min power walk/jog and got a bit hungry so had a cheese sarnie on wholemeal bread

I'm not following his rules apart from those two. I'm going to see if I can get the ebook of it and have a flick through.

I'm doing ok I think. Went a bit over board yesterday, but back on track today. Even resisted a bacon and cheese wrap from Greggs! X

I would be intrested to find out more about him, may have a look for his book. You did so well resisiting that wrap, sounds lovely!! x
 
Its Friday!!!! :D:D Have not got any plans which I love, going to look for some Extra easy receipies online and read back through my old sw magasines. Will also try and go for a swim at some point.

(D) Chicken breast stuffed with little bit of light philly (1.5) bacon, sw chips and some veg for my superfree!

Burnt the bacon and chips a little bit but was still a really tasty tea. Just had a hi fi light (3) and some berries with quark mixed with white choc options (2)

Feeling a bit down in the dumps, bf away for the night last night and coming back tonight but have just realised the Olympic tourch is coming today instead of tomorrow like I thought - have tried to find someone to go with but everyone's busy, feel like a right billy no mates :(
Plus just opened the fridge and there is no milk (he must have drunk it all before he went yesterday!!!!) grrrrrrrrr! So change of plan for breakfast.
On the bright side just did the shred for the first time in about a week:

(b) raspberries and muller cherry and a bacon omelette
Hazelnut latte (3)
(l) Tom mugshot with brocali, carrots and runner beans with half hea cheese (21g low fat) will use other half of hea for milk in tea
(s) 4 seafood sticks

3 syns - should be on 10 this week (consultants recommendation) but had loads on Wednesday so not going to stress

Update: just had 2 ww cookies (4) so now 7 in total
