Was meant to be having my hair done today but got cancelled at the last min ended up having a nice morning with my sister and the babies though - Laura's on a diet so it makes me want to be good too, planning on starting jogging next week.

Food:

(B) caramel hi fi (heb) muller light

(L) fridge raiders (2.5) ryvitas with laughing cow blue cheese (heb and hea)
Melon
Strawberries
Apple

(S) chocolate rice cake (3)

(D) pasta, tuna, sweetcorn, light mayo (2) salad leaves

It's miserable here today, all dull and rainy. Need to go out to the shops, blerghhhh!

Have had a lovely day with my little lady, she is growing up fast and is 12 weeks old on Sunday (actually don't know where the time is going)

Charles made steak and chips tonight and afterwards presented me with a bag of double chocolate cookies :-/ I ate 2 while we watched a couple of episodes of breaking bad. Enjoyed them but I really do need to get serious, I don't want to be buying summer clothes in a bigger size than I was last year. I'm managing to maintain my current weight as I'm doing so much walking - But I need to get on it food wise, I know what I need to do I just need to get on with it!
