Feeling sad today 
Bella has been such hard work the last couple of weeks that I've almost been looking forward to going back. I've just been looking at her while she sleeps and I just feel horrific for feeling irritated by her and knowing that from tmrw I'm not going to be her sole carer feels very strange...
Did another test run to my sisters today with Bella in the trailer, it's bloomin hard work so hope it will show on the scales!
Food:
(B) muller corner and raspberries
(L) Heinz tomato soup with 2 warburtons thins
Natural bar
(D) Quorn pieces, mushrooms, onions, chopped tomatoes, cheese on butternut squash
(S) barney apple cake
Caramel bar
Kit kat chunky
50 minute bike ride
Total calories - 1619

Good luck for tomorrow. It's natural to feel sad. Bella will have a fab time and you're never too long before being a day off with her xx

Work ended up being fine, quite nice to be back. Also Bella had fun at my sisters so that was a relief day off today, meeting up with my sister to take the children to the park and then popping to tesco. It looks like a nice bright day today so want to make the most of it.
Ended up having a Chinese ready meal last night, sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice, prawn toast, mini pancake rolls and then half a chocolate orange.. Plan to keep it low calorie today to make up for it. Reached 2500 yesterday :-0

Been busy due to being back at work, Bella and im on call this week so have the sales phones and emails to deal with. Stressful with a 9 month old to look after.
My girl is 9 months old today <3
Lost half a pound this week, happy with that as I have my period and usually I gain!
Hope everyone's well, friend round this evening but planning a mass diary catch up tmrw xx

Struggling to keep up with diaries (including mine) since starting back at work last week. I'm
So busy!!! Loving the balance of work and home I've got at the moment though.. I guess it helps massively that my sister is looking after Bella and I'm very part time.
Food had been good but this week I've been silly grabbing what I can (cake, biscuits etc) need to be more prepared next week.
Hope everyone's well. I'm going to plan my food again from Monday and make much more of an effort x
