Yes, I have a diary lurking around here somewhere Though it's not very exciting as I eat mostly the same food and it's just covered with me going WAY over my syn allowance!
I don't know what to have for tea tonight. Weigh in is on Saturday, so I'm trying to reduce my carbs in the evening (the fact I'm eating tons of chocolate is not the point!)

Me and boyf had big row the other night and are not talking so off to stay with a friend for a few days, am heading off after work and although I am going to try to make the best possible choices I pretty much know im doomed food and drink wise..
