Cant make weigh in today :( the lady i usually go with is ill and she drives us there. Will weigh at home tmrw morning instead to keep on track. Im in for a gain anyway as was a piggy over Easter, back on it now though and feeling positive!

Plan is another red day but may go EE at last min. (Went with red day)

(B) All bran golden crunch (heb) with raspberries and a muller greek (0.5)
Milk in drinks (hea)

(L) Chicken in tom and basil sauce with salad (2)
Apple, 4 slices of pastrami
green and blacks dark choc (3)

(D) Not sure, may meet a freind for dinner. edit: chicken and bacon salad, mayo (5) prawn skewers

(S) sausage (0.5) Special K bar (heb2)

Ready meal in the fridge section in tesco, light choices chicken in Tom and basil sauce - 2 syns for the pack. First time trying it yesterday and I was impressed, was also buy one get one free :) xx
 
Really need to get some exercise at lunch and go for a walk but it looks so horrible out there :confused: its been snowing on and off all morning and it looks really windy! wheres Spring????

Gotta love a naked weigh in although I know it's a gain tmrw, I deserve it but still don't want to get on them and see the damage - but I will!

Been thinking about how good I feel compared to how I used to feel and it's great but there is room for improvement - I want to be a size 12 god damn it!!! shouldn't be too hard as size 14 on top and tight 14 on bottom.. It's just a dress size!!!! Must focus x

Well the scales weren't that kind, 1.5lbs gain :sigh: not suprised but annoyed at myself - want this gain plus a little more off by next weeks weigh in.
Been to the docs this morning for a smear, never as horrific as I think they are going to be. Im thinking red day again today - I have 2 more packs of chicken that I have had the last 2 days, maybe I should try having a different lunch, really like it though....

Red day:

well 1.5lb can come off easily in a week and even more so you never know, i dont have to get a smear test yet but im scared about it... sounds awful..
but least it wasnt :D

Honestly smears arent bad, never nice going to docs to have anything done there but essential!

I am soooo glad its Friday, days dragging though :sigh: xx
 
i keep thinking its saturday boo... just done my 100 squats and to be honest weren't as hard as i thought maybe i need to go deeper.
how are you finding them?? x

yeah no1 likes the doctors, my housemate does medicine and i always quiz her as much as i can before even setting foot there... dont think id want her smearing me tho hehe :)

I have my 100 squats to do today, was dreading it but if you dont think its too bad then I wont be so scared!
Might even do them on my lunch break in the loo! xx
