ham salad sandwich on wholemeal roll, no butter

2x alpen light bars (6)
Dinner
Italian chicken +pasta, home made sauce 0 syns

bananna, muller light
Syns for day = 6 tot 33/45
Gym, Spin Class 700cal, legs very heavy, felt like very hard work
morning meeting finished late didnt have time to get proper lunch had to get something in about 30secs between parking the car and the next meeting
not enough superfree again, didnt get home from work gym till 9. had italian chicken that i made the night before. Need to have more salad/veg, been difficult to get them in this week with being home late
watched big meets bigger on sky+, quite an eye opener, i dont want diabeties :-(
