Hey everyone, busy few days here! Off to see the red arrows tonight with my dad whilst mum has the kids then I'm seeing Clare and baby Toby tomorrow evening and Ryan is sleeping over at my friend kind house with her son Jacob then on Saturday I'm going to Plymouth with my mum for the day she is treating me to lunch and gala bingo as a belated birthday prezzie then we are having Jacob to stay on Saturday night then planning a day with my brother and sister inlaw and all the kids on sunday!! Busy busy xxxx

Yea lots of people are like that,I like both,chilled days and days of being out and about,aw the green sounds nice and that's good that it's so close to where you live :0)

Ok so I'm feeling really meh. It feels like I've been almost 3 stone loss forever!! I know that's not true and I've lost every week apart from one STS but it's really shook me up I don't seem to have my drive and focus anymore. I had a sneaky peek this morning (I know I know) and its showing a 2lb gain sigh. I know I had the weekend off but I've been good all week. I can't put my finger on what's wrong or what's going on. Xxx

Ugh... I'm the queen of feeling meh.. Have you:
- Been drinking enough water?
- Done as much/some exercise?
- Eaten plenty of fruit n veg?
- Ate pasta or heavy dinner last night before weighing in today?

When is your WI day? I always found if I weigh on a Thursday, the scales are up, then I WI on Friday, my actual weigh day and they'd be down... Dunno how or why, but I know another girl on my thread (azwethinkweiz) is the same...

I weigh in tomorrow. I just need to give myself a good kick up the arse really!!
I've just done the food shop online at tesco and have got plenty of veg and fruit coming tomorrow so I just need to let tomorrows WI be what it is and refocus but I just don't have my drive at the moment :-(

OK.. Well I done the same yesterday... I had maccers at lunch.. Not a great idea the day before WI so I had a filling light dinner last night.. So maybe you could do the same??
I had a 2egg omlette (2pp) Poached chicken fillet (4pp) Mixed Peppers, onions, garlic (opp) and was STUFFED for the evening.. Had that at about 6ish.. Maybe a little later and wasn't hungry then for the night.. All the protein done what its meant to do and kept me full for the night..
