ProPoints Nessa's pro points diary

Been busy today, week 1 day 3 of C25K DONE!! I did it on the treadmill and I found it alot harder!! Almost losing my balance as I was trying to run but I found it gave me a better workout I was sweating buckets!!
Then I've tidyed all of upstairs stripped the beds and hoovered right through something me and hubby would normally do together but after yesterday's treat day I'm after all the AP's I can get lol
Just doing the kids tea now then it's bath and bedtime for Sophie and bath and homework time for ryan put him to bed then do mine and hubby's tea grab a shower and chillax with the x factor in bed phew!! Xx

Babes you amaze me honestly if anyone I know deserves this it's you! If I had one tiny slither if your determination I wouldn't be going for a band I love reading your diary and determination! Xxx

I had a day off plan yesterday and now I won't touch anymore weeklies. This worked for me last week so I think I will stick to it unless I stop losing. It's nice to have a treat day to look forward to.

Wow..busy bee and well done on day 3,I've heard that treadmill and out door running is completely different!

Fantastic about your Day 3, it gets so much easier the more you do. I prefer running on the treadmill but the balance is definitely harder to keep but its great to push your workout having to stay in line. Have nearly broken myself many times when i've stopped concentrating ;) lol

Hope you had a great weekend - your food today looks soooo tasty!!!

It was a garlic flat bread (looks a bit like a pizza) I got it from Morrisons by where they keep there fresh pizzas it comes in a green box. That was 1/4 of the garlic bread for 5pp. Xx

Lol I'm not sure I enjoyed doing it on the treadmill might just stick to power walking on there and do the C25K outside!!
