Having a crap week!!
Sophie was up til 2am last night hysterical then awake again by 6am I'm shattered!! Now Ryan's dad is being a cock just topping my week off!!
Hubby also on nights now for the next 3 nights so if Sophie is unsettled there's no tag team just me on my own up all night then 8hrs of work!!! (Please sleep tonight Sophie!!!)
No Idea what to have for dinner, forgot to take something out of the freezer and hubby ate the sausages!! Will be a mix match of randomness I'm sure!! Xx

hi jus readin through ur diary WOW weldone on the weight u have lost so far amazin!!
i hope Sophie sleeps better for u i no only 2 well that feelin my OH works shifts and is on nights this week and it always seems t b the weeks his on nights wen lucas has bad nights and then up really early

I adapted a recipe on Frances's recipe page
I used 150g potato thinly sliced (3pp)
50g garlic and herb Philly light (2pp)
1 chicken oxo cube (made up as directed 190ml boiling water I think) 0pp
Boil the potato in water for 8mins
Then in a separate pan gently melt the Philly into 100ml stock (you don't need the other 90ml)
Once both parts are ready layer potatoes and sauce in an oven dish (top with cheese if desired) cook for 15-20mins or until golden
