I always find I gain a bit the day or two after a takeaway - even if the quantity isn't huge. I think it's partly the salt content, as I don't use a lot of salt normally (well, except on chips!) I agree with Daisy and Frances - it will soon be gone. xxx

Yer I agree wit everyone else, sneaky peaks can be fatal. Don't let it throw u off track Hun. Just concentrate on the next 3 days and I'm sure you will be fine on Saturday. X

And I know I'm probably due a STS anyway but I don't deserve a gain, if I do put on I will be mortified I so want to do this without ever having a week where I put on. But I will just have to deal with it on saturday. It Wont put me off plan no matter what the scales say because I want this too much.
Plenty of water today then, flush it through!! I'm never having a doner kebab again!! Chicken for me next time! Xxx

Ah hun, don't be too hard on yourself! I say if you fancy the occasional lamb doner at some time in the future then you have it. You have already proved that you can tackle all sorts of days and situations and food and still lose weight.

I know where you are coming from about wanting to do it without showing a single gain, but perhaps think of it like this - 'naturally slim' people (pah! :D ) sometimes gain a pound or two here and there after a big meal/holiday/takeaway whatever, but they are not as focussed on that day or couple of days as we are. They know that if they get back to 'normal' it will go again. After all, weigh in is only one day in seven, but because it becomes our main way of measuring our success it becomes soooo important to us. Your success over the last few months speaks for itself.

As long as it was in points Hun its fine your doing so well and I'm glad it won't put you off plan I know how much you want this plenty of water chick and carry on as you have been you really are amazin xxx

Like Moon says weight does go up and down and sometimes a gain can happen .WW is a life style change so it means that you can still have that little bit of what you fancy and if you hadn't had a sneaky peak the lamb doner would still be on your list of occasional treats :0) am glad you are still determined Hun :0)

Listen hun, as long as you're not one every day, or every week you'll be fine.. One as a treat once in a while won't hinder ya..
As for doing this without any gains, I think you need to ease up on yourself.. You will have the odd gain.. You are human.. And a gain every now n then won't mean you're not doing brilliantly.. It just means you're human.. And don't forget, not all gains on the scales are true gains.. like this morning its undigested food.. Another day it might be water retention when yer "due", another day it might be muscle building.. As long as you keep focused and at it, you'll do fine ;) And sure, we're all here to keep you going when you're having bad days :D

Thanks Hun, I understand I'm probably going to gain a few weeks here and there on my journey but my own personal challenge in my head of trying to not ever have a gain gives me an extra boost if that makes sence.
I'm not trying to put too much pressure I just don't want to lose my challenge lol but if I gain then deal with it learn from it and press on!
I'm so excited about becoming the person I have wanted to be for so long. To be here to see my children grow up and enjoying all the things with them that a mother should instead of always standing back and watching them frightened that I might get stuck on a slide or won't fit on a ride or show them up Infront of their friends. I'm doing this and I will keep doing this until I get to where I want to be!!!
