I think it was the piri piri chicken the other day I should of known better either that or the alcohol mixed with party food apart from that's I've had salad and chicken or I guess it might even be a bug xx

Yea spices can trigger "quick release" so very possible could have been.. Lets hope its not a bug and the immodium has helped.. Try keep up yer liquid intake if you're too afraid to eat for a while.. x

Just at Bristol so halfway home I haven't had to run to the loo yet!! I was too scared to even go and do a wee lol I just want to be home curled up on the sofa. I'm just drinking plenty of water like Frances advised to do xxx
