I couldn't do it lol think I'm trying to run before I can walk!! I've gone from barely no exercise to the shred lol will check out gentle workout sessions on fitness tv and work my way up slowly I think!!

Been feeling a little light headed then realised I had 27pp left over half lol so mammoth tea tonight

Yea best not to jump straight in,you don't want to lose heart in it before you get started.Good idea to work your way up.Oh no bout light headedness! That's not good,those delish pizzas will soon remedy that :0)
