Okay so I've decided to make a food diary. Here goes:

Salad with some cottage cheese
Aldi strawberry yoghurt 1.5 syns
Aldi tomato and herb cup shot 1, syn
Mackerel fillet 3 syns
Jacket Spud
Veg
WW hot choc 2 syns
7.5 syns in total
Also ran 5k and done Day 1 of level 1 on 30 day shred.
What are your views? Too much?? Got to say, I am totally stuffed tonight!
It's just my first week. My struggle will be weekend, alcohol mainly ((
I have signed up to do the Go Sober for October to raise money for Macmillan so that will be a excuse for no booze which will lead on to bad food!!
