Those look amazing! I'm going to try and make the warburtons square wrap pizza tonight, I could only get the seeded ones though so hopefully it'll taste alright. :rolleyes:

Thank you for the pizza idea I think I may use that tonight :). Half a pizza is 14 :0 lol. I have left points to have it tho cause he wanted me to have tea with me lol. Sweet of him.

Wow that sounds amazing bet it was worth it hehe. Anything cheese cake I'm there lol.

Haha bless ya I hate eating icing and don't really like cake so it's ok for me lol. I don't no if I'm making the cake now but I made the bits for the cakes.

Yes it was nice to catch up with a good friend over some nice hearty food! Although the service wasn't too pleasant! Grumpy servers!

Today I'm feeling really down about everything. Im tired and just feel like when I weigh in tomorrow I won't have lost. I'm only 2 weeks in and already feeling like this :(. I don't no what's up with me. I'm going to try and just enjoy the day. I've been 100% this week and going to keep it up for the rest of today xxx

It's just one of those things. I am a serial daily weigher and my weight fluctuates every day. If you'd have got on yesterday or even tomorrow you could have lost some. Try look at the picture over a month x

Hey hun, do not worry, I have been through the same thing before! Sometimes our bodies can store more water and when it's the time of the month I definitely gain weight!

Looking at your food I don't think you're eating anything you shouldn't. I eat low point things too so I can treat myself! I had a fair few treats over the weekend but pretty much starved myself before I went out on Sat night!

If I were you I would maybe eat something a bit more substantial at breakfast time. Do you like porridge? I find that keeps me going for a few hours, Oats so simple is 4pp for original flavour and I sometimes put 1 tsp golden syrup in for about 1pp or add some flavour with powdered ginger and sweetener. Or you could have 2 slices of ww bread, an egg, a ww sausage and some beans for 9pp - that would keep me going for hours!

I try to eat more carbs at breakfast and lunch time and try to eat meat and veg for dinner (with a choccy treat for pud!).

Don't worry though, your weight will go, it just takes time. I was weighing 10st12lbs on sat and now I'm back up to 11st! So it's true, weight does fluctuate from day to day :)

Keep it up though and stay motivated. you'll get there :)

Iv had some toast this morning and going to have salad for lunch so I have points for tea unsure what I'm having yet tho.

I just don't understand what iv done wrong I think that's the main thing. Also I never no when I'm due on so it could be that I just never have a set date witch really doesn't help lol.

I no iv been so gd and yesterday all I wanted to do is eat choc all day but kept my self busy so I didn't lol.

I'm sure you have done fine this week Hun :). You r doing well :).

My sister told me to go down a point a day and see if that helps to :).

It's only the last few weeks where I've actually started losing weight. I've been doing this since Jan and only budged 3 lbs! I did well in the week and then every weekend went out eating things! but now I'm being strict with myself. That's why I find it useful to write down what I eat so I can evaluate the good and bad times!

Are you doing any exercise? I find when I exercise I tend to add a bit of weight but that's due to muscle gain! but it's never nice to see the figure increase on the scales.

I'm trying to drink more water too as sometimes your brain confuses thirst with hunger. I try to drink something if I feel peckish to see if I'm hungry or thirsty! Often I'm thirsty!

When is your weigh in day? Maybe after weigh in day have the nicer treats like a Mc D's or a pizza and then be extra good with your points until the next weigh in. That way any weight the bad food may cause you to gain (even though it's in the points allowance!) will have gone :). That's what I try to do :) I had half a pizza last night, hence my extra pound on this morning! haha

Do you often use your weeklies? I've tried not eating them and it seems to have helped, although this week I'm going to have too!

Don't get upset about it. you should be proud of yourself for sticking to it, many people don't. In the end your hard work will pay off. Just try to keep yourself motivated :) I'll try to help as much as I can! xx

Also try and eat breakfast witch I hate but going to try lol. I be coming on cause I want to cry ect. Witch changes your weight? Unsure on that tho lol.

You r doing great it's hard when your out a lot ect :). I can't stop my sweet thing I just no I can't do that but I can live with out carbs lol. Just eat more meat.

I do try and use most my weekly points only cause if I don't use them now I'm scared when my points go down and want to use them I might put on more weight lol.

I walk everywhere, go on the wii and gym once to 3 times a week but since iv started this iv only been doing cardio as like you said the mussel lol.

Hey that's ok! Moan all you like, it's good to get it all out! :) As we are women I think our hormones make us more vulnerable for the down days. I have them quite often around the time of the month! Annoys my other half, I also get very grumpy! haha. I think you can gain weight around that time too due to water retention. I always find I'm more bloated around that time.

I never used to eat breakfast either, I found it really hard getting up early and eating. I make sure I eat it every morning now as it does set you up for the day ahead. Also helps with weight loss apparently! I don't eat first thing, instead I take instant porridge to work and eat it there. So much easier that way!

Chicken is the way to go I think.... it's really filling! I stuff mine with tomatoes, onion, feta, cheese.... anything really! I serve it with BNS chips 0pp and veg or salad. So that's a filling tasty meal for about6/7pp! Have you had BNS chips? I find them better than any kind of oven chips! Great cheat food haha.

I need to go to the gym more, too many social activities! Can only go once this week!

My weekend was great thank you. had a good b'day night out! It's the big 30 tomorrow! How was your weekend? x
 
I feel yucky today haha but the things we do as woman. I'm moody to haha. The other half is in for fun today haha. He's been working a lot lately so haven't really seen him he's off tomorrow so going to enjoy the day with him and a treat :) lol.

I had a nice weekend thank you spent time with my little mate lol. Love him :). We had fun.

I'm just going to try and have breakfast this week and see if that works so I use more points at the start of the day. Also not eat bananas lol.

Yes it is a big day! Scary how quick life is flying by!

BNS is Butternut squash. You slice off the skin and the cut in half and scoop out the flesh. Then slice it into chunks or chip shapes and bake in oven with some frylight, salt and pepper at about 200C for about 40 mins? But keep and eye on it so it doesn't burn! Turn once throughout too. I put a splash of vinegar on them and then add some ketchup, I love them! But they are not to everyone's taste. xx

Oooo there sound yummy defo going to try them and there 0 points? So glad I haven't been shopping yet what you cook them in? I don't use oil at lol xxx
