Well that time is here again! Weigh day tomorrow!!! These days/weeks are going so quickly!

How's everyone done this week? I'm hoping for another good loss tomorrow as I've been 100% again all week :)

Omg!!!! I'm so ecstatic this morning x just been for my weekly weigh in and I lost another whopping 7lb! Which means 1 I've lost a stone in 2 weeks and 2 I've lost 2 stone 2lb in 27 days!!!!

Time for some retail therapy today I think need to reward myself for that awesome loss don't you think!!!! ;))

Honestly I have no secret! I've just stuck to it 100% and drunk plenty of water x

It just proves this diet works on its own x nothing else is needed although I do still have a lot of weight to loose so that might be a factor x

Fantastic results ! Keep up the good work ! Week 6 weigh in for me tomorrow ( sat ) need 3.5lb off for my 1st 2 stone off fingers-crossed I will get that then my next goal is to get into the 14 st range. No way will I drop 7lb as I don't feel like I've lost much this week. You must be thrilled though, well done :) x

Another update on my weight loss success. Went to weigh this morning and I have lost 4lb this week making it 2 stone 6lb in 32 days :)

I'm absolutely over the moon as you can imagine

I lost 5lbs.. get weighed again Tue but have started ss+ to try help with my mood swings. I think SS+' is making me worse tho lol x
 
Well done you!

I've not done ss+ yet and hopefully not planning to for a while if I can help it! I still got another 6 stone to go so I have to keep it up x :)
