Well, ashamed to say i'v had quite a rubbish weekend where exercise and food are concerned. Tomorrow i'm determined to get back on track, set myself new goals and get this bloody weight off. I'v realised if i give up now i'm only going to have to start again sometime down the line so i may aswell stay positive and put it behind me. Only thing is i daren't get on the scales!!
Not the friday just gone the friday before i was 185lbs after loosing 15lbs since 19th July and now i'm probably 188lbs:cry:. Suppose it's only a few pounds and iam determined to be back down to 185lbs or less by Monday. Anyways, my new Wii Fit is coming on wednesday so that should really help me along my way and i'm going to do 60mins on my exercise bike 6 days a week and sit ups every day. The only problem is since having my little boy i no longer go out drinking at the weekend so feel like i need to treat myself instead and find it really hard to stick to my diet on Friday nights and Saturday & Sundays!
.I'm going to plan what to eat at the weekend, something nice but healthy and if i really can;t resist just treat myself to a small bag of malteasers or something. Anyone got anymore suggestions of low calorie treats??
