I'm hayley, 29 and mum to two boys 3 and 1 I have tried every diet going and feel like I'm constantly on one!! I've lost 4 stone in total since being at my heaviest weight of 18.10 after having my 3 year old son but more recently lost 2 stone doing the Cambridge diet so am now at 14.9 which is a huge thing as never thought I would see 14 on the scales!!
I'm back to slimming world as go to a lovely class with some friends and get good support and I missed food too much on the Cambridge plan!
I have been doing it for a couple of weeks but I'm always reading diaries so thought I would start my own for some support hopefully :)

Ill stop waffling and post my days diary ...
 
Breakfast -

Well done, I think I would miss food too on the Cambridge plan, it's nice that you have some good friends to attend a class with.
 
Had a bad syn day today but don't feel like I've eaten too much so hoping it will be ok come Tuesday night ..

So in total 37.5 syns!! Wow can't believe I had that many but I will just have a low syn day tomorro and Tuesday and hope for a loss Tuesday night! X
 
Had a cheeky weigh this morning and its showing a 5lb loss :) so gonna try be extra good til tomorro night to try get some more off :)

Off to a craft fair and for a pub meal later tho so will have to see how it goes

Weigh in and I lost 2 and a half!! I'm happy with that but was hoping for more i really wanted 4lbs.
I'm gonna try have a good loss next week again!

Got the new mag tonight looking forward to reading that :)
 
Ah hey! I've been reading your diary still, well done for sticking with it so well for so long! I just couldn't do it but wish I could. I still have products and keep wondering if I should go back to it as its a quicker loss but I'm enjoying slimming world at the moment as long as I'm losing I'm happy! Will just be a longer route.
How you getting on then? x

No it was the fudge pudding ones wasn't worth 4 and a half syns tho!! Think ill be giving them to my son ;)
Normal mullerlight are free and those lovely new Greek style ones are so thick and only half a syn :)

Yesterday wasn't really on plan it started so well with omelette for breakie then met a friend for a picnic and had ham salad with new potatoes and hard boiled eggs and my hifi bar
But had a unplanned visit to my parents who live at the seaside so ended up with fish and chips
Didn't count syns but starting anew today and planning on a few walks over the next few days to try get a loss Tuesday still! X
