Hi guys,
I'm loving the losing weight as a group thing and as it is getting to the end of my original four week challenge and getting close to my holiday I thought I would see if anyone fancies joining in on another one starting week beginning 30th August?
Four week challenge: If enough people are up for it we could start week beginning Monday 30th August. If people are in they put in 7lbs to a joint pot, then from the total figure you subtract any weight loss or add any weight gain... hopefully by the end of four weeks we could be in the minus numbers.
For example Tom joins meaning the pot is 7lbs, Harry joins making the pot 14lb and Dick joins making the pot 21lbs. In the first week Tom loses 2lbs (21-2=19), Harry gains 1.5 (21+1.5=20.5) and Dick loses 4lbs (20.5-4=16.6).
You can stick to your usual weigh in day, for example I weigh in on a Saturday so I will add or subtract from the pot on Saturday 4th September and so on for the next four weeks.
A few people went AWOL on our last challenge and that has effected our total loss, so if you're going to join please remember to update this thread as you weigh in.
I hope this makes sense.
