I had gammon yesterday but I did a red day. I had it with an egg, loads of mushrooms and loads of tomatoes. I ended up not eating all my gammon which isn't like me! Flippin got loads of the stuff left and I won't be here to eat it!!! x

so just more of mushrooms etc? I don't like tomatoes but think im gonna have to try. I could make today into a red day as only had a spoon on rice so count that as my b choice. x

yea was a today but didn't eat the chips they were under cooked x

Hi I'm new to this but have been doing slimming world extra easy for just over a week and have lost 3lb already and I am eating well just takes slot of prep! These forums have been really helpful
 
why can't I stop eating! !! totm next week and the week before I get tge munchies!

im a disaster! I let myself down with food then moan. I have my food sorted its crisps and chocolate!

The rest of the week im gonna stick to this as I have been and start fresh Thursday. ....how many times. ....well this has to work for me. I kno what to do when will I do it? ?? come on sarah get a grip

Sammie's right, if it was that easy we would all be the size we want to be...

I really do think you should think about switching groups to SW. You are paying money to a company for a plan you are not even following. If you join SW at least everybody is on the same plan and in the same boat. I know you want to help out but you can do it at a SW group.

so I woke up 2 hours late this morning! throat is like im swallowing glass. so didn't have time for anything.

I had 2 alpen light bars and a muller yog

I now have jac pot with tuna and salad! plenty of sf.

I Really fancy cottage pie but have chicken out any ideas xx
