Thanks Lisa and well done alb is brill! I did have a Chinese and a curry over the weekend, all well within my syns as I pointed it and I've only been having 6-10 syns a day mind, but still prob explains the no loss...but yes better than a gain!

First day of yet another attempt (this time I'm determined to succeed) so Monday will be my weigh in day too

I lost 1.5lbs this week which i'm really pleased with as i had a naughty weekend at a darts celebration for our teams and then a 60th birthday party. Was feeling very demotivated last week too!

Noooo I've done so many wrong conversions and now I can't change it coz my iPhone won't play along haha I'm 5"10 and 190odd lbs lol I've probably put my age down as 3000 not 30 too!!

I've cranked up the PC and amended it all now lol think my converter thing is using some weird foreign measuring lol need to change my phone! I'm losing the ability to think for myself lol
