Hi all im nyssa im going to start a food diary to track what i eat to help others, get ideas for meals and help to stay on track.

Ive just come off a vlcd and list 35lbs but my weight loss becane very slow and wasnt worth it for not eating food so im giving ww a go and am more than happy with a 1lb loss a week if i can acheive that.

Im just waiting for my food delivery tonight as literally have nothing in the house from being on a vlcd so going to take tomorrow as my official start and weigh in day.

Right so far today

Breakfast: vlcd shake 3pp

Lunch: ww lasagne 7pp

Dinner: ww chicken curry 8pp

Snacks: ww oat and herb crackers 2pp
ww cheese puffs 2pp

248 ml skimmed milk 2pp

Totalling 24pp

I am waiting for my shopping to be delivered tonight and as I literally had no food in the house from being on a vlcd I nipped to the shop and picked up a couple ready meals but do plan on making most of my own.

I made a huge saucepan of ratatouille with aubergine, courgette, tomatoes, onion, peppers, garlic etc and going to blend some for baby and freeze some portions for myself for 0points :)

Hubby had friends over last night who he hadn't seen in a while and when I went out of the room he said to my partner if he had seen me in the street he wouldn't of even recognised me which was a nice compliment :)

A query on the pp of the lasagne anyone the box states 6pp but the ww app 7 points? Really confusing! Xxx
 
Sounds good hun! I had them herb crackers today there yum but had them for dinner rather than snack, won't be doing that again they didn't fill me up atall!!!

hiya Stef ratatouille is all the veg mentioned above just cooked in a big pan, i love it.

Thank you Jaly and the problem with going with the info on the box is that i use the ww tracker as im an online member and theres no way to change it, its only 1 point so i could have a yoghurt and not track it or something else for 1pp.

I got caught out with the points again on the bread and belvita biscuits :-(

this is what ive had so far today

breakfast 2ww toast 1 pp each but 2 slices = 3pp (was a dissapointment)
15g i cant beleive its not butter light 1pp

lunch: weight watchers sweet and sour and long grain rice ready meal 9pp (i wouldnt normally have that for lunch but the pack burst in the shopping last night so had to use it)

skimmed milk for the day 2pp

weight watchers vanilla yoghurt 1pp

for dinner i plan to have a tesco lighter choices crustless quich 7pp with a side salad and bowl of ratatouille 0pp

for a snack earlier i had a belvita breakfast yoghurt cereal bar, i had a quick glance on the ww tracker earlier and saw it was 3pp so i ate it and was gutted to discover it was 3pp per biscuit so it took 6pp! :-(

i am now 3pp over for the day but that will come out of my weekly 49pp and if i get hungry later i will have some strawberrys.

i have made a sausage casserole for tomorrow with ww sausages and ww casserole sauce at 4pp per serving which is smelling good! :)

i also visited a local gym today and signed up and in the membership i get unlimited use of all classes which includes zumba (i love zumba!) unlimited use of pool and 6 sessions with a personal trainer, i cant wait to get started and get fit, am going to put couch to 5k on my phone and sort out soem lively music.

im going to have tuesday as my weigh in day so im really hoping for a loss im aiming for 1lb a week, just hoping th exercise helps and doesnt hinder it.

All I did was soften onion and garlic in a pan, added chopped up auberge, courgette, red pepper, I used some small plum type tomatoes and a can of chopped tomatoes, some water and I seasoned with some dry mixed herbs but you can use whatever you like and cooked untill it was all soft and tasty, I cook mine down to a mush as that's how I like it and is handy to have when peckish or as a side to a meal.

I'm going tomorrow as they have zumba on and a step up class on Monday and seeing a personal trainer on Tuesday as o get 6 sessions with my membership which is fab! X

Havnt met the trainer yet but hopefully he will make a programme for me to help with my jelly belly!

The deal is great I'm hoping to get to zumba class atleast twice a week, step aerobics once a week and gym 3 times a week, I will be slim! :)
 
It is quite alit but i used to go gym eveyday for an hour before i was pregnant and the weight melted away, thats what i hope to to do but with a18 week old and a husband whi acts like n 8yo at times it mah not happen lol x
 
Lol yea jaly is right just be carefull u don't over do it, U will know what's to much so you can decide wen Uve started :) hope U have a good day xx

Thanks girls, didn't make it to zumba this morning but hopefully will get there tomorrow afternoon.

Fruit salad 0pp
Ww toffee yoghurt 1pp

Can't believe it's not butter light 1pp

Lunch
Tesco light choices quiche 7pm
Side salad 0pp

Dinner
Chicken breast stuffed with garlic & herb Philly 5pp for chicken breast 2pp for Philly
Cauliflower mash 1pp for lighter than light Mayo in it

Snacks today
Ww oat and her crackers 2pp with 30g of choc Philly 2pp and sliced strawberries
Ww lemon and lime mousse 2pp

140ml skimmed milk 1pp

Leaves me 1pp and have alot of weekly points left so may have a treat tonight if I feel the need :)

Didn't end up eating much of tea, stomach wasn't feeling to good, I wouldn't say I've eaten anything bad so think my stomach is getting used to food again after not having it for so long, I should of introduced food slowly which I didn't do.

I have quite a few bags of share size chocolate here from around Christmas time so I weighed them out into 5pp portions and omg the amount you get for 5pp is tiny! Literally a few maltesers or a couple of twirl bites, it's good in a way though as previously I could easily of scoffed down a while bag and more but seeing them in 5pp has made me see the amount I should be having and whatvi could have as an alternative for 5pp like a yoghurt, crisp and cookies! I've also put them in the freezer to last longer when I eat them and so I can't binge but not sure il want to waste 5pp in them!
