ProPoints new nyssa 88 diary 26pp

Thanks girls and my stomachs much better today, my partner even got up with the baby and let me sleep through untill 10 but i really needed it.

I went zumba this morning and really enjoyed it but felt bad as i made my partner late for football, he told me he had to leave at 1 when it actually started at 1 so guess thats my zumba i sundays gone as he plans on playing every week.

I havnt had a roast in months so planning on a mini one tonight with grillef chicken breast, cauliflower mash, a yorkshire pudding with some veg and gravy, will point it later.

Took me 2pp over but have alot of weeklies left and earnt 3pp with zumba today.

Lunch was quite high in points for me as I made it before pointing it as baby was screaming for food so didn't have time to point it but if I had known there was 2pp per cheese slice I would only of had 1 but I must say that it was so filling and didn't even snack untill it was time for dinner when I had a few strawberries.

Looking forward to my weigh in on Tuesday, it's been so hard not to step on the scales as was a daily weighed on the vlcd but still don't see how I can loose weight when eating all this food!
 
It's strange though as thought I would crave chocolate, in the freezer I have maltesers, twirls, crunchies and caramel bites in 5pp portions, ww cookies in the cupboard and choc mousse in the fridge and I've not even wanted them which is strange for me as I was a chocaholic!

Going to buy some fruit tomorrow as only have strawberries in the house x
 
Also have applied to cancel my weight watchers membership as i paid £33 for 3 months when all i use is the calculator and app on my phone which seems alot of money!

There is an app called ultimate weight watcher diary on android and ultimate value diary on iphone for £1.49-£2.49 which does exactly the same thing so opefully i get my money back :)
 
I'm the Same on vlcd was craving choc like mad, come Onto ww and I'm not bothered anymore lol

I'm glad I didnt join! I have tht iPhone app u mentioned that does the job for me :)

Do you have android? Theres s great app on there.

My weigh in is tomorrow but i stepped on the scales today and ive sts, i would of liked atleast a 1lb loss do feeling a bit down, kind if regretting coming off s&s now, i still have a months worth of s&s packs left so may go back in a few weeks if i dont lose x
 
I'm stressing today too and been looking at my s&s packs a lot wondering hmmmmm! But I newd to give ww a proper chance before I decide to go back, I'm so impatient but I know I need to give it abit more time!!! We can do this hub and sts is great if u didn't refeed!!! Xxxx

I never thought id be wanting to go back lol

I am going to give ww a few more weeks before i decide if i go back or not and hopefully exercise this week will help x
 
Haha oh I knew I would prob go back eventually!! If not now later to lose the last of my weight but yep let's give it abit longer and see how we go :) xxx

Im going to see how i am after 2 weeks plus im not wasting all this fresh food lol

At least i havnt been on a binge or anything i dont even fancy chocolate or junk anymore whereas before i had it all the time x

Didn't log here last night as was soo tired but I used 5 of my weeklies as fancied a treat and they started again today.

Crustless quiche (7)

Dinner
Warburtons square pizza with ham, cheese, mushrooms and toms (8) very filling

Snacks throughout the day
Strawberries

Crumpet with peanut butter (4)
One of my 5pp bags of chocolate (5)

Today is also mu official weigh in, and I have actually lost, not going to weigh in again early!

I've lost 1.5lbs, not sure if I should weigh in lbs and see the halves or weigh in stones and pounds and see to the nearest pound?

I'm not hungry yet but when I am my breakfast us going to be 2 crumpets topped with chocatr Philly and banana for 4pp yum!
