NEW Quarterly Challenge, Countdown to 2018 !!! (Oct,Nov,Dec)

Well, I am up 1.0lb this week.
I just can't get my head back into it. I am lucky I wasn't up more really!
Anyway. I will keep updating and hopefully I will click back into it this week!
Some good losses being recorded. Fingers crossed I will be joining you all next week.
Good luck. I've struggled for a few weeks and am currently where I was about 5 weeks ago, so you have my sympathy. I hope you have a good week though and that we will both be back reporting losses for next week. :)
 
gained 2.5lb this week :( feeling pretty bad now, really struggling at weekends with nice festive plans. Trying to make up for it during the week but it clearly isn't working very well.

I just really hope I don't do too much damage in December. I don't want to be back to square one in January again.

Sorry to hear you haven't done as well as you'd hoped this week. :( If you weren't making up for it in the week than it would probably be a lot worse, so I don't think your efforts are wasted. It would be a shame to not enjoy the chances to socialise over Christmas. Perhaps some speed days would help, if that works for you (personally found it no help at all). I am having a good week so far (naughty weigh-ins at home say so anyway ;)) but I think it's because I have had no alcohol this week and that's what does the damage for me (and the fact it makes me want to eat chocolate). Bit difficult for you to limit that though when you're busy socialising.

I hope you have a better week this week - but if not it will be a lot easier in January when everyone is staying home! Good luck. :)
 
How do I add a link to my food diary in my signature?

Have you tried copy & paste by:
highlighting the web address and pressing ctrl C.
Then point your mouse over your name in the top right of the page and you should see lots of options appear.
You can then click on 'signature'
and you should then be able to paste the link by pressing ctrl V.

Sorry if you've already tried this. It's the only way I know of, but someone else might know a better way. :)
 
I am so pleased to get SOM for November. I had been unwell but will accept it all the same. Lost pound for first week in December but not doing too good so far this week. Still three days to cut back though.

This week is going to be terrible, the weekend was way worse than it should have been, it's star week on WI day and we have a buffet on Wednesday at work. Hopefully the couple of weeks after then before Christmas I can pull it back a bit and actually lose a bit of weight before the big event (I have a couple of things on but I will try and be good - or at least better than I have been)

Missed you too so it's good to be back on one of your lovely challenging challenges :) I read here that you've not been to well - I hope things are improving for you?

I've been messing about - upndowning :rolleyes: I'm now a stone over my SW target and don't want to double that over the festive season :confused:

My weigh in day is Tuesday and I have a very sociable December planned so going to set a target of 4lbs for December - I'll be more adventurous in January!!

Today - Dec 5 I lost 2lbs - pleased with that cos I was away at the weekend :) x

2.5 lbs off for for me this week :woohoo:meaning at long last I have my 1 stone award. :sw014:

I have a couple of meals out this week for Christmas so I now need to not undo the good work.
