tin of potatoes (done in actifry) with cheese (A) and beans, 2 turkey burgers
curly wurly (6), 2 stix (B)
malteser hot chocolate (4- the app says 5 but I think that's a bigger serving, the jar says 79 cals?)
Food hasn't been taking the normal breakfast, lunch and dinner since I've been off work and with being out doing things I haven't been eating at normal times. Back to work later this week tho
Have got a recipe for a lemon cake that's only 3/4 of a syn for the whole thing. Usually these sort of things don't turn out well for me but going to give it a try today. Will report back later on it!
