So i started WW in Sept 2009 (2 years ago) at 16st 7lbs, in 12months i'd managed to get to 11st 8lbs , my lightest weight! However i'd never managed to get below that weight, and therefore for about 8 or so months i've stayed the same weight roughly between 11st 10lbs and 12st... until the past 3 weeks where i have ballooned to (checked just ) 12st 5lbs! ....
therefore!!!! ... as i have changed my place of work, and my colleagues are on WW propoints (ive only done discovery really, before i couldnt get my head round the 49 weeklies in propoints etc) ive decided for xmas to get back on it! my target goal weight is 11st and ill check in tomorrow for my start weight but guessing be about 12st 5lbs tbh lol anyway! food for tomorrow
